1. Search participating hotels. Visit ExtendedStayAmerica.com, enter your destination, and select “Senior Rate (55+)” from available offers.
2. Know your discount. Most locations offer about 10% off the best available rate for guests aged 55 +. Longer stays (7+ nights) may include extra weekly savings.
3. Join ESA Rewards (free). Members earn free nights and occasional bonus offers that stack with the senior discount.
4. Compare with AARP. AARP members may access equal or better deals, especially during promotions — check both before booking.
5. Book direct for flexibility. Direct reservations allow easy date changes, loyalty credit, and access to extended-stay amenities.
6. Bring proof of age. A valid photo ID showing age 55 + is required at check-in. The senior rate usually applies to one room per booking.
